Terms of Sale (CGV)
1. Digital goods
DermaCreator is supplied as digital content and/or digital services. Delivery is performed by granting access to your account and enabling activation as described on the portal.
2. Price and payment
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by the payment provider you select.
3. No chargebacks
After the purchase is completed, chargebacks are not permitted for any reason. You agree not to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals with your bank or card issuer regarding completed purchases.
4. Withdrawal waiver
By completing the purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and you expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply to distance contracts for digital content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable after payment completion.
6. License and access
Access may be suspended or revoked in case of fraud, abuse, key sharing, or breach of the Terms of Service.
