1. Agreement
By accessing or using the DermaCreator website, licensing portal, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Service description
DermaCreator is a digital software product for Garry's Mod. Access may require a valid purchase, account linkage, and API key activation according to the technical rules described on the portal.
3. Accounts and Steam identity
Where Steam authentication is used, you are responsible for the security of your Steam session. Licenses and keys are associated with the Steam account you use during purchase and activation.
4. License and restrictions
Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or attempt to extract protected delivery mechanisms. You may not interfere with validation, telemetry used for abuse prevention, or attempt to bypass access controls.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or attempts to circumvent licensing. We may update the service to maintain security and compatibility.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Garry's Mod and third-party platforms have their own rules; you must comply with them.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
